How we handle custom photo products, digital downloads, banners, session fees, order support, refunds, and returns.

Fulfillment under this refunds and returns policy
Custom photo products are made after approval and payment. LKN Images may send printed products, banners, school items, and sports photography orders to a professional lab or vendor. This can also include high school senior products and business photographer products.
Production and delivery timing depends on the item, vendor, school schedule, Lake Norman area event calendar, season, and shipping method.
LKN Images or LKN Store may deliver products to a school, team, organization, studio pickup location, or shipping address. We may also use another delivery point we agree on with you.
Sports banners and school items usually go to the school, coach, team representative, or organization contact. If needed, we can arrange another delivery plan.
PhotoDay or another online system may ship some gallery orders directly to the home address on the order. After processing, digital downloads are normally available through the gallery.
Digital products and refund policy details
Digital downloads are delivered electronically. In many cases, access is available soon after purchase through the gallery or order platform. This refunds and returns policy treats fulfilled downloads differently from printed products.
Because digital products are available quickly, they are generally non refundable once fulfilled. We may still correct a technical problem, duplicate purchase, missing file, or download issue. We may also review another verified order problem.
Custom products and return policy limits
LKN Images custom-makes printed products, specialty items, banners, and personalized photo products. After final approval, payment, and production start, those items are generally not returnable. They are also generally not refundable under this refunds and returns policy.
However, we will review concerns involving production defects, damage, order errors, or other issues we can verify and correct.
Session fees
Photo session fees and deposits reserve calendar time. They may also cover planning, preparation, travel, setup, studio time, or school coordination. They may cover other work before a session too.
For that reason, deposits and session fees are generally not refundable. LKN Images may make a different decision in writing for a specific session or situation. This refund policy will follow that written decision.
Order issues under this refunds and returns policy
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or has a production defect, please contact us as soon as possible. Contact us as well if it does not match the approved order.
Please include your name, order number if available, school or organization, and gallery or event name. Also include a clear photo or description of the problem.
LKN Images will review the concern. When needed, we may work with you, the school or organization, and our vendors or order platforms.
Depending on the issue, LKN Images may offer a replacement, reprint, corrected file, or vendor support path. We may also offer a refund or another reasonable fix.
Cancellations
Weather, school schedules, field availability, team changes, illness, or other issues may require us to reschedule. This can affect a session, photo day, or banner shoot in the Lake Norman area or another North Carolina service area.
If we need to reschedule, LKN Images will work with the customer, school, team, or organization contact. We will look for a workable plan. This refunds and returns policy may still apply to any related order or session-fee question.
For PhotoDay orders, the PhotoDay refund policy may also affect how the order platform processes a refund.
