A parent or legal guardian should review this photo release agreement when the participant is under the age of consent. For registration details, return to Media Day registration. Questions or objections should be sent in writing before or shortly after registration.

Agreement Terms

I grant and authorize LKN Images the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and use any pictures or video taken of me under this release agreement. LKN Images may use these materials for lawful promotional purposes. These uses may include websites, social networking sites, advertisements, press kits, journalist submissions, and other print or digital communications.

I understand that I will not receive payment or other consideration for this use. This release covers all languages, media, formats, and markets. That includes uses known now or developed later. This media day release continues indefinitely unless I revoke it in writing.

I understand and agree that these photo release materials become the property of LKN Images. This media day photo release transfer follows federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code).

For this photo day release, I hold harmless and release LKN Images from liability. This includes petitions and causes of action. This media day photo release applies to claims that I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.

A parent or legal guardian must review this release agreement when the photographed person is under the age of consent. By submitting the form, you acknowledge that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed the form and agreement.
